1. Ordering:
• Prices listed on International Bridal Group are based on volume purchased.
• Orders are billed at the prices in effect on date of shipment.
• Minimum order is 300 pieces
• Due to display differences, colour swatches indicated throughout International Bridal Group may vary from actual product.
• Logo placement and design must be approved by the customer before production
• Any design changes required after final printing job must be compensated by customer as International Bridal Group holds no responsibility after initial logo design and placement has been approved by customer.

2. Shipping:
• Prices on the products do NOT include shipping costs.
• Goods shipped to our customers may be subject to shipping charges. This includes back orders on out-of-stock products.
• Residential deliveries are subject to an additional shipping charge.
• International Bridal Group is taking care of the shipping and customs to the US/Canadian docks.
• Customers are responsible for the shipping of goods from the dock point to their final destination.
• International Bridal Group will endeavor to provide the best possible cost on freight.

3. Payment:
• Valid credit card , E-Transfer/Wire Transfer
• Prices are in USD& CAD

4. Returns:
• We strive to maintain a high quality standard for all our products. However, if you receive a defective product, please notify us.
• All damage claims must be made within two (5) business days of receipt of goods.
• Goods damaged in shipping will require the customer to make a claim with the shipping company directly.
• All orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
• If products are found defective, International Bridal Group will happily review and replace the product.
